ECOS™ St Competent Cells [HB101 Derived]
Description
ECOS™ St Competent Cells is a strain derived from HB101 and suitable for cloning unstable inserts such as lentiviral DNA with LTR (Long terminal repeat).
ECOS™ Competent Cells are chemically competent cells, which can be used with quick transformation protocol and no need recovery step. There are two transformation efficiencies of this strain in the ECOS™ product line. The item FYE307 is suitable for general use. If you want to transform longer plasmids, plasmids with a kanamycin selection system, or get maximum quantity colonies, you have an alternative option, HYE007-S08, the efficiency is 1*109 cfu/μg. This product can perfectly replace Stbl3™ of Thermo Fisher or Endura™ of Lucigen.
